We recommend referring to our comprehensive Size Guide found on each product page. For the most accurate fit, we suggest measuring your chest, waist, and inseam. If you are between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size and utilizing our in-store tailoring services for a custom finish.
What is your return policy for online orders?
M.J. Bale offers a 30-day return policy for change of mind on full-priced items. Products must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, underwear and socks cannot be returned unless faulty.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship globally via DHL Express. Shipping costs and delivery timeframes vary depending on your location. Please note that international orders may be subject to local customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Can I have my suit tailored if I buy it online?
Absolutely. You can take your online purchase to any standalone M.J. Bale store to consult with our experts. While we offer complimentary basic trouser hemming on full-priced suits, more complex alterations will incur a standard service fee.

How should I care for my wool suits and shirts?
To maintain the longevity of your garments, we recommend dry cleaning your suits only when necessary. For shirts, a warm machine wash and line dry is best. Always hang your suits on wide-shoulder hangers to preserve the structure of the jacket.
